Fans were then pleasantly surprised by TOTS in the Bundesliga, with Jude Bellingham, Msuiala and Nkunku getting nice cards. Last week also gave players a ton of new cards to add to their teams. The Ligue 1 TOTS lineup includes Messi, Neymar and Mbappe.

FIFA 23 Serie A TOTS revealed
98 Rafael Leao, 97 Victor Osimhen and 96 Khvicha Kvaratskhelia immediately jumped off the page the first time they saw a stacked TOTS team. Osimhen lead Serie A with 25 goals, followed by Lautaro Martinez with 21.
Kvaratskhelia also played a key role in Napoli’s first league title since 1989-90, scoring 10 goals and leading the league with 12 assists. Leao has excelled from wide for Milan, scoring 13 goals and adding 8 assists to his impressive stat line. European giants came to him with offers but the Portuguese star decided to commit his future to Milan.
